Question: Is this bad for my eyes!.!.!.!?
I already have terrible eye sight, and I work for 8 hours a day on a computer at work!. Is this worsening my already poor eye-sight!?
Plus, I'm on the computer for personal use as well in addition! I want to assume duh, yes it is, but can someone explain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course it is!. First,have you corrected your eye sight with glasses / lens!? You should!. its hard to be away from the COmputer!. Alternatively, take a break from the screen every 30 min, look away, relax the eye!.

Yes it is!. The bright light is bad for your eyes!. Sometimes just try to look away from the screen every 15-30 minutes!. It would probably help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
