That's not quite the way it would work!.
If you can get to 20/15, then that is your best corrected vision!. Settling for 20/20 would mean that you wouldn't be seeing as well as you should!.
Your " normal" good vision brings you to 20/15, any less than that wouldn't be comfortable for you!. In your case, 20/15 is "normal" , not 20/20
It would be like someone who can normally be corrected to 20/20, settling for 20/25
Also, the probable difference in the correction would be quite minimal and really not enough to affect lens thickness !. As little as a 0!.25 could possibly drop you back 1 line on the chart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have no idea what the 20/15 and 20/20s are about lol, BUT i do think that 20/20 is the best, since some eye shops are called 20/20!. and sorry i dunno about what to do with the glasses!. Just go to the optometrist!. good luck :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Opticians are trying to get the best out of your eyes that they can!. I doubt that the thickness will make any difference to the cost, and I'm not sure you'd get an optician to agree to that anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
