Answers:
new specs, especially if you have NEVER worn glasses before, can take some getting used to!.

try using a wearing schedule!. Day one- wear 4 hours (Take pain reliever if you get a headache)
Day two- wear 6 hours
Continue increasing by 2 hours a day, until you have reached all day (12-16 hours)!. They will become tolerable, and you will start to notice how much better you can see at a distance, especially at night!.

if you are still having problems after a week or two, then return to your doctor!. it is best to give them a chance before claiming they are not working

also, it might help to have them adjusted!. this makes sure that the new specs are not applying any pressure to your head (behind ears, at temples, on nose, etc) and also ensures that you have them at the correct tilt to your face!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is quite natural!. !. !. I remember the day when I got my first glasses!. !. !. There will be an initial irritation!. It is just because you are a bit conscious of it!. After a couple of days or so, you will be alright!. !. !. and you won't even know that you are wearing them on!. This is the same case when you change your spectacles after a year or so also!. !. !. Don't worry, you will get used to it !!!

Take them back and have them rechecked just to make sure they are right!. That shouldn't be happening with a new exam done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
