Question: Does turning on the lights while using the computer lessen the harm it will cause to the eyes!?
I usually use the computer at night!. On top of my computer(about 1 foot away from the screen) is a small fluorescent light(with cardboard in front to cover the brightness)!. So if I turn on the lights while using the computer, does it lessen the harm it will cause to the eyes than when the lights are off!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as there is no glare on the screen!. The harm comes from squinting not low light!. We get headaches when there is too much glare inside or out!. There is no proof that low light does eye damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
