Why do your eyes hurt when youve been on the comp for ages!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
understand 2 things!.

1!. Your eyes should be always moist!.
2!. Your eyes keep adjusting power when you look near & far
Now
For 1!. To keep eyes mosit we keep blinking!. While working on computer you tend reduce the blink due to which your eyes are no longer moist & they become dry & hence they hurt due to dry ness!.

For 2!. While on computer you keep staring for longer there by your eyes dont get chance to change focus or adjust their power frequently!. Its like you are sitting in one position for very long and your legs become numb in ankel or thigh region

similar is happening to your eye muscle as well, hence again tiredness & inturn they hurt!.

Conclusion:
1!. Keep blinking frequently
2!. Keep looking far after about 15 to 20 minutes staring on screenWww@Answer-Health@Com

It happens coz you end up blinking a lot less which dries out the surface of the cornea!. Also, constant focusing on the screen strains out the eye muscles!. Take frequent breaks while working on the comp!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
