Answers:
Please do not sleep with your contacts in!. It is so bad for you!. Contact lenses are foreign bodies being placed directly on living tissue!. The body's natural reaction is to fight the foreign body and that is why there are protien and lipid deposits on the lenses!. If you do not give your eyes a chance to breathe without a lens it will lead to corneal edema (swelling) which is probably what you have now!. Corneal ulcers, infections, just to name another few!. I had a patient come in that over wore his contacts so much, when he took it off, he took 4 layers of his cornea off with it!. He is the office every week and not only is he in extreme pain, he has to wear sunglasses at all times because the sensitivity to light is intense, he is developing corneal scarring which will greatly reduce his vision out of that eye!.

Please, please, please take your contacts out every night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably!. Not a good idea to sleep in them on a regular basis!.
My daughter slept with hers and now she has to wear the hard contacts!.
It is better to get the ones that you can sleep in!.
At least take them out each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
