LASIK eye surgery is a medical procedure that can correct your vision by altering the physical properties of your eye!. Unlike traditional surgical procedures that depend upon the skills and steadiness of the surgeon's hand, advanced LASIK eye surgery is computer controlled!.

In addition to determining whether or not you're a good candidate for LASIK, the procedure also records quite a bit of data that's specific to your eyes!. If you choose to proceed with the LASIK surgery, this data is used to program the computer controlled LASIK equipment to insure that your eyes are modified exactly in the proper manner so as to provide maximum benefit!.

Research data gathered has shown that almost all LASIK patients have experienced vision improvement immediately after treatment and at least 40% of those patients were able to avoid the use of corrective lenses for ten years following the procedure!. It's normal for the eye to change shape as a normal part of the aging process, so retreatment is recommended if significant reshaping occurs after several years!.

LASIK eye surgery is now so common that millions of people have decided that it was time to abandon their corrective lenses, once and for all!. There are so many LASIK clinics that you're likely to find one close by, no matter where you live and is quite economical!.

LASIK eye surgery is relatively safe and it can free you from glasses and contacts!. Before you commit to LASIK surgery, make sure that you consider all the advantages and disadvantages of having the procedure!. Ask the doctor lots of questions so that you can make an informed decision about whether LASIK eye surgery is the right choice for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I haven't had it, but considered it!.
But my new Optometrist had it done!. I don't think she is an actual Optometrist, but she helped with the beginning exam!. Like when the air goes into your eye and you click a button every time you see something in your peripheral vision in this machine!. She said she had it done a few years ago and she didn't seem like she had problems!. She doesn't wear glasses anymore!. Or contacts!. So obviously it worked!. And right now a LASIK center near me is having a sale of "buy one get one free!." Meaning you pay for one eye, get one free!. That is anywhere from just under $1,000, up to $2,500!. So it could be up to $5,000!. And usually insurance does't cover it!. My insurance covers up to $100 on it, but that's because my insurance costs $100 a month!. (aka it's an expensive one) Lol!. Go research on some websites, and set up an appointment!. The appointment is free (at least, it is out here) and they will tell you if you qualify, answer all the questions, and the one by me said that they will give me something like $200 off my surgery, if I qualify!.

I'm not able to do it, I don't think, because my vision has been changing every 6 months or less!. So the only way you can get it, is if you have a steady prescription right now, and are over 18!.

There are some risks!. Some people have to go back to glasses, some never need glasses again!. As there are risks with EVERYTHING in this world, there are definitely risks to this!. But it would be best to set up a consultation and ask the professionals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!
The surgery itself was very quick and the prep the office and doctors did prior to the surgery were very beneficial!. Recovery was very quick as well!.
I highly recommend it! It was a great decision on my part and am very happy with my vision (which is perfect) and not having to wear glasses or contacts!.
I paid about $4K - worth every penny!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i cant reccomend it enough i had it done 4 yrs ago and my eyes have been fine ever since its painless lasts about ten mins and u can see straight afterwards although blurry the next day was amazing i woke up and could see straight away without reaching 4 my glasses it cost me 400 each eye money well spent it has made such a difference to my life get it done its greatWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm now considered a poor candidate for it because I'm over the age of 40 and I suffer from dry eyes!. Even if I had it done, I would still need glasses no matter what!. It's not worth it for me because I would be swapping one problem for another!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
