Question: I have Night & Day Contacts by CIBA, am I expected to sleep in them until they expire!?
I know they last 30 days, but:
Do I need to ever take the contacts out!?
If not, should I take them out every so often!?

That brand of contact lens is approved for up to thirty nights of continuous wear; after that they should be removed and discarded!. They do not need to be worn for that amount of time continuously!. They can be taken out more frequently, cleaned and reused for up to a month!. They can even be taken out each night and not slept in!.
Sleeping in your contact lenses, especially multiple nights can increase the risk of corneal abrasions, infections and ulcers!. Most eye care professionals recommend daily wear or minimal continuous wear to minimize risks of eye problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just rememer that day and night lenses are not meant to be handled on a frequent basis!. The more that you play with them, the greater the chances of them degarding!. The lens is a slightly different material from normal lenses and will degarde quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You have miss under stood but means the type of contacts for use both for day and night use --made up of photo chromatic material---still it does not allow you to wear for dreaming brightly that lands you for problem it is a Standard adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com
