its 3!.14 am i woke up and found that my left eye is itchy!. then i remembered i havent take out my lensese before i sleep!. I s this the reason!?
i looked in the mirror and it kinda red and swollen!. now itchy too!. I already took those lenses now!.

Yes this is surely the main reason for red eye!. wash your eyes with cold water for about 6, 7 time for an eye!. Don't put your finger in it because our hands contains millions of germ so its not good even for our face to touch it with our hands!. try not to watch T!.V and don't open your eyes unless needed!.

Takes those lenses out and wear your glasses until its no longer red anymore!. This is the reason why its important to also buy a pair of glasses along with your contacts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
