20/200 means that you can see an object which a person with normal vision can see at 200 feet, you can only see it if it is placed closer at a distance of 20 feet!. 20/100 means that an object for which a person with normal vision can see at 100 feet away, you can only see it at 20 feet!.
If the above numbers are checked with glasses on, then your vision is definitely not very good!. Since a person has two eyes, your best vision is therefore 20/100!. If your best eye is only up to 20/200 or even less, then you can be considered legally blind!. If the other can see well, you will never be considered as legally blind!. ie!. unless you have very poor peripheral vision!.
Please note that the vision should be tested with corrective lenses!. A lot of people will see 20/200 when without glasses!. It is the number that is obtained with corrective lenses that counts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's partly right!. If your vision is 20/200 or worse with the strongest possible glasses, yes, you're legally blind!. Key part is the corrected vision (glasses, contacts, whatever)!. Your vision might be lousy at 20/200 without glasses, but you're not legally blind!.
