High-resolution monitors will not hurt your eyes at all!. On the contrary, the sharper and clearer the image, the less likely you are to suffer from eyestrain!.

If the monitor has very high resolution and you set it up so that text is very small on the screen, and your vision isn't perfect, you might develop some eyestrain from squinting at it all day, but no permanent damage!.

In general it's best to take breaks from the PC from time to time, so that your eyes can focus on things at other distances instead of constantly being focused at the same distance!. But even if you don't, all you risk is some eyestrain!.

Refresh rates won't damage your eyes, either, but low refresh rates can cause some unpleasant flickering sensations (especially in peripheral vision), and of course the risk of eyestrain is still there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. It's BS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
