Answers:
Wash your case daily with soap and water, let it air dry!. Replace it every 3 months!.

Remove your contacts by gently pushing them to the bottom or outside corner of your eye and pinch them off your eye using your pointer finger and thumb, never your fingernail!.

You can damage your cornea by wearing old, worn out, or damaged lenses!. Or for wearing your contacts too many hours in a row!. Limit your wear time to 16 hours per day unless instructed by your eye doctor!. You can also give yourself a corneal abrasion if you remove your contacts improperly!.

You can avoid an infection by replacing your lenses as directed, cleaning and disinfecting them properly, and washing your hands before putting your contacts in or out!. It's very easy to transmit bacteria from your fingers, to your eye, and then thru out the rest of your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Contact lens cases are often overlooked as sources for eye infections!. Replacing it frequently (like once a month) is a great way to avoid contact lens related problems!. Another way to avoid infections is to never sleep in your contact lenses and replace them as recommended by your doctor!. You can definitely cause damage to your corneas if you do not care for or wear your lenses properly!. You really should ask your doctor about the best way to insert and remove your lenses!. Good luck, you should always be able to call your doctor for these types of questions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your fitter should have provided this information to you, without you asking when you were instructed in lens care and handling!.

If you did not receive this information, return to your fitter and ask!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
