Question: My eyes!? Would anyone know what would be the c ause and Help for this!?
Yesterday I was haing a problem with my left eye it kept watering and when I woke up this morning my eyes seemed as if it was so sore to even rub the eye lid as if my whole eye ball is aching!.is this computer strain!? I work in front of a computer for 9 hours or more a day, f ths could be the cause does anyone know of a good solution!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur kinda right with the computer part!.!. that is a factor too it because u do not move ur eyes for long periods of time!.!.
for me wenever my eyes start to water alot and hurt!.!. its becoz i am developing a cold/flu
i dunno if thats just me!.!.
quick solution!.!. take a break from the computer every half an hour!.!. and make sure ur computer workstation is ergonomically correct

It is recommended that you follow the rule of 15, i!.e!. every 15 minutes, pick a small object 15 feet or more away and stare at it for 15 seconds!. It isn't good to be focused on one level for so long!. Take frequent breaks!.

Please go to the doctor immediately!. Go NOW!. Now is not the time for Yahoo Answers!. I've had friend whose doctors tell them that it is a good thing that they showed up to get their eyes checked out or they would have lost them!.

well it really sounds like you got an eye lash in there but you do need to becareful about that my dad knows a guy whos son went blind because he stared at the computer for too longWww@Answer-Health@Com
