You might look into Acuvue Oasys for astigmatism!. This lens material has been designed to provide improved comfort for those with dry eye!.
I'm not sure what medication your talking about!. If you are talking about Restasis, it should be used in the morning about five minutes before you insert the contacts and again in the evening after you remove the lenses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are a lot of great contacts lenses out there!. One of the newest and best in my opinion are O2 Optics!. They also came out with O2 Optics toric (for astigmatism)
If you are talking about Restasis for dry eye!.!. you should not use that while wearing your lenses!. Just use a drop in the morning 5 minutes before putting lenses in and then at night after taking them out!. You can use artificial tears or rewetting drops while wearing your contacts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
