My eyes are reddish in color and having so much patches and nerves on it!. how do i change it to white pretty!? i am totally upset with!

just give your eyes a break, go for minimum 10 hrs sleep at streach!. blink frequently (atleast 20 times/min)!. that's what they are asking you to do!. nothing wrong with them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
