That was a myth perpetrated by the British Military!. They had developed radar and did not want the Nazis to know!. So they said their pilots had been eating a lot of carrots and it improved their vision!. They so contain Vitamin A which is important for good vision, but they do not make your eyesight better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
