Eye Glasses Prescription question...PLZ HELP?!
Question: Eye Glasses Prescription question!.!.!.PLZ HELP!?
are these strong prescriptions, or mild, or what!. plz respond thnx so much!. BTW which is stronger!?!?
my glasses prescription are as follows
RE -0!.75 LE -1!.25 -025 x105!.
and the other glasses are:
OD- 1!.25 -0!.25 x70
OS- 1!.25 -0!.75 x110
how much difference are there between these glasses:
what exactly does the numbers mean!. is it a strong prescription or mild!. plz help
top one's that start with RE and LE are new ones but i see a LITTLE blurry with them, and other ones that start with OD and OS are 5 months old but i can see PERFECT thru them except my left eye is slightly(very slightly almost unoticeable) blurry!. whats the difference is i like to know!. are they strong!? what does it mean in plain english>!?!?!?!?
this is my 3rd pair in the last 4years!. are my eyes REAAAAAALLLLLYYYY WEAAAAK!?!?!?

no your prescription is very mild the reason they might seem a little bit blurry with the new prescription is because the right eye has gone up by 2 steps in the first part(-1!.25) and you now have an astigmatism in that eye as well that you didnt have before(-0!.25) its only small but some people notice it more!. your prescription seems to be fairly stable for the amount of time that has elapsed between the 2 prescriptions give it some time you will get used to the new prescription!. i hope i explained that ok for you i work in an opticians and its hard to put it in easy terms to explain it to someoneWww@Answer-Health@Com
It's quite a weak prescription but it looks like you see better with the older of the two and that the newer one is blurry!? In which case it sounds like you've been under prescribed (ie too weak)!. Why dont you go back and ask if they can recheck it!. I would!. It's not a huge difference but probably noticeable enough, maybe one line on the chart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
