Question: Need Help on My Health, Please, Thank you!!?
Ok, So, I Know I Am Not The Healthiest Person In The World But I Want To Change That, I Would Also Like To Change My Weight!. I am 6 foot and 143lbs I am a redhead and I am 13 also becoming a model!. I want to be skinner but like not anorexic I would like to be really healthy!.
So this is my weekly plan:
-get up
-brush my teeth
-brush/straighten my hair
-starting today I am taking Centrum Protegra, B50 complex, and Halibut Liver Oil (vitamins)
- Eat (small bit of chocolate cereal, hand full of vegetables and fruit!.)
- walk ? hour to school
-1 lunch (I have white bun with 1 serving fat free chicken or turkey, vegetables, Kool-Aid drink)
- 20 min out side
2end lunch (I will have vegetables, Kool-aid drink and granola bar)
-30 Min walk home
- have a hand full of fruit
-walk my dog maybe an hour walk
-supper (what ever my mom or dad, or I make)
- For drinks my family of 3 drinks 1 1/2 bags of milk a day, I have lots of water and juice and punches!.
So this is my weekend plan:
-get up late
-brush my teeth
-put my hair up
-I don

For breakfast, eat a healthy cereal!. Chocolate cereal has a lot of sugar and isn't good for you, but you can get Special K Chocolatey Delight and it's great!. Drink tons of water, and cut back on the juice!. Although it's made from fruit, it also has lots of added sugar!. Punch is the same way!. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies, and make sure you get protein everyday!. Portion control is also key!. A serving size of milk is actually a very small glass, not a big glass!. All of the extra calories from drinks really add up!. For your height, that's a great weight, but I know for modeling they push thinness!. Cut out white bread!.!. eat whole grain bread!. It's better for you!. Don't eat a large amount of candy!.!. it can also add up and you can sometimes eat as much calories in one sitting than you burn at the gym in an entire week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
