Methods of getting contact lenses out?!

Question: Methods of getting contact lenses out!?
I tried for contacts a year ago but I couldn't manage to get them out!. Can I please have a few ways of getting them out, so I can go and try again and master them!?

Also, if the contact gets stuck to your eye, would using an eyebath wash it out!? Or is there another way of getting one out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's a few different ways to get a contact out of your eye!.!.!. You want to make sure that your eyes or the contacts aren't too dry!. Try putting a few drops of multi-purpose solution (Optifree works wonders) in your eye and then attempt to remove the contacts!. Try looking straight ahead and then touch the colored part of your eye (that's where the contacts suction to)!. Make sure you pry your eyes open REALLY BIG and apply a little bit of pressure to the contact!.!.!. Slowly drag the contact to the outer part of your eye!.!.!. It should come out easily! If there's a little crease in the contact when you slide it to the side you should be able to "pinch" the contact out just fine without injuring yourself!. If your fingers aren't too big you can also pinch it out without having to drag it to the side!

Hope this helps & Good Luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just poke at the lense (it's weird at first, but it doesn't hurt) pull gently to one side, and it'll slowly peel onto your finger!. I always do it by looking to one side and then going after it!.

I suppose an eyebath would work, but I'd use it as a last resort!. Contacts can 'float' around in your eye if dislodged and, though they'll come out in an hour or two, it can be somewhat uncomfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am amazed that your eyedoctor let you leave his office without demonstrating that you are able to repeatedly insert and remove your contact lenses - they should have showed you how and helped you and everything, the day that you got the contacts!! maybe you should consider another eyedoctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

don't be afraid to touch your eye,
it doesnt hurt, try using da pinch method,
or practice touchin your eye till you're calm,
make sure you're hands are clean tho,
also i am amazed ppl answering questions by complaining about something pointless instead of giving a proper answerWww@Answer-Health@Com

as well as all of this u can open ur eyes reeli wide and squeeze them out using ur upper eyelid and lower eyelid instead of ur finger!. open ur eyes wide and use ur fingers on ur eyelids and push them at the edge of ur contacts and squeeze!.!.!. it can take a bit of practce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the pinch technique with the thumb and forefinger is definitely the best way!. The only thing I have to add: make sure your fingers aren't too wet, or they won't "stick" to the lens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use my index figer and thumb to "pinch" it right off my eye!. getting it outs easier than putting it in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
