I'd like to make my eyes look bluer, because they are a bluey grey and i dont like it that much!.
What is Visine!? Are thirteen year olds allowed to use it!?

There are simple ways!. Like using brown or orange eye shadow!. I do that all the time and my eyes seem extremely blue!. On top of that, you can wear a blue top or a blue hat/toboggan!. Using dark blue mascara helps a lot!. You can even use contacts if you want, but that's a lot of wasted money just to make your eyes look bluer!. 13 year olds can use visine lol but I would go to your doctor and see what he/she recommends to use to get the most color out of your eyes!. Use grey eye liner instead of black (or even blue eyeliner would look awesome)!. I know it sounds weird, but eating a lot of carrots has been proven to make your eye color brighter and even help your vision!. Good luck!
PS - visine DOES improve the brightness of the color of your eyes!. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding by the other people, but it really does!. My sister in law used it to brighten her eyes (she's a model)!. It's used in the entertainment industry a lot!. It won't make them blue-er, but it will make them brighter and make the color less yellow-red-ish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Colored contacts would work - you can get them even if you dont have to wear glasses!.
You can also try different eyeshadows - look for like Almay has a set that suppose to make blue eyes bluer!.
Visine is eye-drops - it will just sooth tired eyes, gets the red out - so your eyes will look brighter!.

Visine is a kind of eye drop!. It doesn't change your eye color and everyone is allowed to use it!.

Visine makes a number of different drops, some for dry eye, some for rewetting contacts, some for eye irritation due to allergies!. None of them will make your eyes look blue-er!.

Im 13 to!. What I did to make my eyes bluer was that i stayed outside for an hour and stare at the sky at the color blue i wanted!. It worked for the time!. But when I forgot to look outside, my eyes started to change back to their blue!. Then they started to turn gray, now they are back to blue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my eyes are hazel, but from far away, they look just brown!. what i do to bring our the green in my eyes is dap some white linter into the corners of your eyes!. add a little shadow!. play around with your makeup to see what works for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
