I used to work for a Lasik surgeon!. It costs about $2500 per eye!. Any place that tell you it's cheaper is lying!. They usually advertise a "sale price" and when you get there, they charge all sorts of "fees"!.
You need to have tests done to see if you are a candidate for surgery!. Not everyone qualifies!. They will measure your corneal thickness and preform many other tests!. Usually, 20/20 vision is expected the very next day!. Almost all of our patients had excellent results as long as they used their eye drops after surgery!. The surgeon cuts a circular flap in the cornea (no thicker than a strand of hair) they laser the eye and then place the flap back!. The eye heals by itself!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
