How can you remove superglue off a glasses Lens?!
Question: How can you remove superglue off a glasses Lens!?
My Mum's glasses frame broke and she tried to repair them with superglue but because she coudn't see she accidently ot superglue on the lens!. We've tried: nail varnish remover, white spirits, vinegar, fairy liquid and window cleaner!.

Sorry, once super glue dries on the lens, it is there forever!.
She will need a new lens!.
They should have a warning on that glue!.!.DO NOT USE NEAR GLASSES !

If the lenses are made of glass (which is rare nowadays) you can just peel or scrape it off!. However, since most of them aren't, you're going to have to get a new lens!. That because the chemicals in the glue reacted with the materials in the lens and permanently damaged it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ok so if there sun glasses use nail polish remover is their regular glasses use acetone idk how to spell it or nail polish removerWww@Answer-Health@Com
The best thing to do, is to buy new glasses!. Sorry, this is not a nice way to answer, but the only way to fix the problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
