Question: Are wearing contacts lenses everyday bad for you eye!? Does it make your vision worse!?
I wear daily disposable contacts everyday for like 8-12 hours a day!. I do not have glasses at the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wearing contact lenses every day will not make your vision worse, but can seriously affect the health of your eyes!. Everybody who is dependant on eye correction and wears lenses MUST have a pair of glasses!. I have fitted and advised on contact lens wear for over 11 years and refuse to supply anyone who will not have glasses as well!. The eye must be allowed time every day without lenses, and whilst the wearer is awake, to absorb oxygen and recover!. Over wearing contact lenses can cause soreness, redness, and corneal ulcers to give just a few examples!.

I have monthly disposables and wear them every day, often for longer than that (14-15 hours, which really isn't good!)
As long as you're hygienic it doesn't harm your eyes, but it's probably a good idea to take them out earlier than you do otherwise your eyes may become dehydrated, and they need to rest!.
As long as they're the right strength your vision shouldn't get worse, but sometimes your vision can improve if you take them out and just leave yourself with fuzzy eyes :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
