Answers:
Staring or holding our eyes still is a blurry vision habit!. Some people think that movement interferes with eyesight, but on the contrary our eyes and brain thrive on movement!.

Squinting for more clarity is a blurry vision habit!. It creates the pinhole effect which brings temporary clarity but adds more tension to the vision system and makes vision worse!. It also may temporarily change the shape of the eyeballs!.

Diffusion another incorrect vision habit!. Our eyes were designed to see the very center of what we're looking at most clearly and distinctly!. Our eyes move from detail to detail very quickly and our brain puts these most distinct details together into the perfect picture we have in our mind!. Many people aren't happy with only seeing the very center most clearly and distinctly, they try to spread out their interest without moving their eyes and they end up straining and blurring and greatly reducing their vision!.

Blurry strained vision ends up reducing how often we blink and breathe!. People with blurry vision often jut their head forward trying to grab for a little more clarity!. People with blurry vision are stiff and clutsy!.

Contrary to popular belief, reading fine print in dim light does not cause blurry vision!. Neither does reading in the car or watching to much TV or being on the computer too long!. We only get blurry vision if we stare, squint, diffuse, or strain while doing these activities!. If we use our eyes, mind, and body together correctly while doing these challenging activities, our vision will only get stronger and better and more resilliant!.

Artificial corrections do not take away eye strain!. They only change it into a less painful form!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Squinting your eyes, staring straight into laser beams!. I'm near-sighted and the doctor told me that it was because I have an astigmatismWww@Answer-Health@Com
