Yes, but they still need fitting, cleaning!. handling with the same care as Rx ones: they are there your eyes, with the same potential for infection, mis-fit, oxygen supply problems!.!.!.
I once had a nice pair of cat's-eye ones to wear under my glasses!.

Yes there are non prescription eye contacts (plastic) to change your eye colour!. Make sure you do not sleep with them on and read the instruction if you purchase them!.
One of my friend changes her color of eyes once a week!.
One day she shows up at work with one violet eye and the other blue!.
Most of us girls started to laugh (shes a good friend) and thanked us!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, you can even get them to change they way your pupil looks!. Like I have used a pair that made my eyes look like there were little stars on my eyeball and another that made my eyes red and the pupils looked like cat eyes!.
