It used to take me a long time, too, but you'll get better!
I usually hold my eye open with my ring finger at the bottom lid and my index finger on the top lid, and place the contact on my middle finger!. Make sure your eye is open as wide as you can get it and the contact is moist and clean!. Staring straight ahead, stick the contact right in the middle of your eye!. Make sure it stuck and then blink a few times to get it situated!. If it feels painful after you put it in, you may want to take it out and check for any dirt or hair!. If it just feels a little dry, keep eyedrops handy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find it easiest to look to the direction of my nose (so if I'm putting a contact in my right eye, I look left, and if I put a contact in my left eye I look right)!. Take the contact and make sure it's in the shape of a cup on the center of the tip of your finger!. Then take it and while you're looking away instead of at the contact, just touch the contact to your eye, hold it their for a couple seconds while you remain looking away, then lift your finger off!. Look around, so the contact will slide into place!. If you need to, touch the contact on your eye and move it into place!.
Also, when you're putting it in, hold your eye open with whichever fingers you find it most comfortable and easy to use!.

For me it is so much easier to put the contact on when looking away then looking straight forward!. You just have to make sure it slides into place since you will be placing it more on the white part of your eye instead of on the very center!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to have the same problem for the first few days but now its second nature!.

What i do when putting them in i use i put the lens on 2nd finger and using my other hands fingers pull the top of my eye lid and then put it in u can also use the the hand with the lens on to pull down the bottom part of your eye - this can make it easier

to take out simply place ur finger on the lens and then slide across to the outside of your eye and slide it out - put a bit of solution on your finger when taking out as the eyes can be quite dry when u wear lenses

Hope that all made sense

good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

everyone develops their own method!. i use my left index finger to slightly pull down my bottom eyelid n use my other finger to put the contact in!. make sure u r looking STRAIGHT AHEAD!.no up or down or it wont work!.

be patient everyone goes throught this at first!. eventually ull get better n then u wont even have to think about it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
