Lately I haven't been wearing them because I am doing these eye exercises such as Perfect Eyes - 30 Days to Perfect Vision, and Complete Handbook of Nature Cures from www!.demonoid!.com!.

Try to wear them regularly, even if you're doing the perfect eye thing!. I wear them every day except on the weekends to give my eyes a break!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no take them out at night because, this is really gross but happens, if you dont they will stick to your eyes and when you take them off it will peel your cornea or some part of your eye off because of lack of moisture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
