Is it okay to use an eye plunger for your hard contacts?!

Question: Is it okay to use an eye plunger for your hard contacts!?
I've been wearing hard contacts for about 2 years (they're the different kind where I wear them before I go to bed and take them off in the morning and I see clearly)!. And the eye doctor gave my this plunger thing to take them out b/c my contacts aren't the soft kind!. I lost that plunger and I went to A (not mine) doctor and he said that they were lethal and bad for you!. Should I still use the plunger, and if so where can I get them!? If they're dangerous, how would I take my contacts out if I don't have something that "sucks" the contact from my eye!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
you're wearing ortho-k ("CRT", "VST", etc)

YES that "dmv" plunger is totally fine & safe and is one of the recommended ways to remove gas perm & ortho-k lenses!. i totally & completely disagree with anyone who says they're dangerous or anything else!.

here's even a place to buy them online if you cant find a pharmacy, etc who carries them:
