Ordered Glasses a little over 3 weeks ago?!

Question: Ordered Glasses a little over 3 weeks ago!?
So three weeks ago I went to get my eye exam and my prescription changed, so I decided to get new glasses (with the Okay with my dad) and I loved these pair of glasses unfortunately I didn't like the color so I asked if they had it in a black and the lady said she'll order it and I'll have to try them on before I actually buy them!. She said they might be in next week, well after that week my dad called and they said to it might be in in the next 2 days!. That's passed, and my dad most likely won't call back!. Should I just wait, or should I make my dad call again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I would call and ask for an ETA on the frame!. They should be able to let you know where they are in the shipping process, or at least an estimate!. The problem may be that the frames could be on backorder, and at which point there will be NO WAY for them to give you or your dad a date!. A backorder could keep getting pushed back for a very long time!.

Where are you ordering them from!. If its a chain like Walmart or Lenscrafters, then perhaps you could get them to call another one of their locations that is not that far away to see if they have the frame you are looking for!. If they do, then you can have them ship the frame to the store you are currently doing business with, or simply go to that store yourself with your Rx and have them order the glasses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call again to see what they say!. Or go to where you ordered your glasses and ask them why they're taking too long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
