rinse with water, flush your eyes out!. it might of fallen out already, put some eye creeam in because you might of scratched it!. i got a fingernail in my eye the other week!. and i was scared sh*tless!. but i guess it came out and i scratched it and put creeam in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Fill a clean cup or a glass with clean, cold water!. Hold it so you can blink into the cup!.
This will wash the bit from your eye!.
