You might have a "stye" coming on!. Actually a hot compress will help best!. Take a hot damp wash cloth hot as you can stand for about 15 min at a time!. You might be able to control it before it get any worse, comes to a "head", infected and puss ridden!. If you don't do this and keep on touching your eyes with dirty fingers, it will get worse over the next week or two possibly spreading to your other eye!. Drink a lot of water too, it will help flush it out before it even develops further!. There's also an ointment called "stye" that might help if it gets worse!. Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had that!.!.!.sometimes when it's cold and you don't wear a hat or protective gear you get it!.!.!.I know I learned my lesson!.

Anyway, what I did was I used Visine red eye drops periodically every about 1/2 hr or hour!.!.!.I put a creme on it but I dont remember what kind it was! (this happened to me years ago)!.!.!.I believe it was Zinc oxide!? Maybe!.!.!.or maybe try a soothing creme!. Also, put a cold compress (an ice pack wrapped in a hand towel!.!.!.not too cold!) and apply it to the area!.!.!.your eye should be better in a few hours!. If not, see your doctor ASAP!

Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The most common reason for swollen eyelids is allergy!. Try some OTC anti-histamine like Benedryl!. If it does not go away after a day, visit your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
