Question: I get very sore eyes, and when i close my eyes i get a serring pain for a few seconds!?
i'd say i'm on the computer usually about 4-10 hours a day, on school days, with 9 hours at school(traveling there included) i find that when i close my eyes i get a seering pain in my eyes for a few seconds, my last eye checkup said i had very good eyesight, and back then i had the same sort of routine!. i do look away from the screen every so often and around my study!. focusing on close and far away objects, but i wake up with blood shot eyes and usually get around 4-8 hours of sleep a night!. what are the chances i'll need glasses when i'm older!? i'm 15 currently, and 16 in a short while, so i'm preti healthy and healing well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't spend that much time on the computer, I use to be exactly like you!. I use to stay in the computer all day long playing counter strike!. When I would go to sleep my eyes would burn and when I would wake up my eyes will be red and they would be watery I would just ignore that and keep on playing my game!. I was like no I'm fine my vision is perfect but now OH BOY! I'm -2!.25 vision and I can't see without my contacts!. I started loosing my vision last year!. But eh what can I do!? If you don't want to stop playing buy one of those screen light protectors for computer they reduce the amount of light that are coming in your eyes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your age you need at least 8 hours of sleep every night!. Try that and see if your eyes get any better and if not see your doctor in case there is a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
