um well i am sitting here reading questions and not my eyes are moving back and forth really fast and uncontrolably and its making me verry dizy and it only stops if i look around, then once i start looking at something for more than like 3 seconds it starts agian!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to go to see a doctor and request a neurological examination!. Usually when someone has nystagmus and its congenital (there from birth) then they are not aware of their vision moving as their eyes are moving as they have already adapted to it!. Recent onset nystagmus however can cause the symptoms that you have described!. as you have said that it is a rare occurrence and not there all the time, you need further investigation into the cause of this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u have been watching tv or been on the computer for too long!. Turn off the computer, get some eye drops and go to sleep!. If the problem continues go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
