Question: How do you get contacts in your eyes!?
ok!. last year, i got contacts but i stopped wearing them because it was too much work!. my dad recently got a trial pair for me, and i got them in less then 10 minutes!. but everyday of last week, my eye has been rejecting them! ive tried everything! please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go back to your optometrist and ask him to put them in - he can show you the proper way to insert them and perhaps give you some tips on how to get them in more comfortably!. He can also identify if it's a poor fit or a problem with your eyes!. I have quite sensitive eyes and it took me almost two years to get used to putting the contacts in, but once I had them in they were very comfortable!.
If you have sensitive eyes I also recommend trying the more expensive extra moist varieties of contacts like acuvue oasys - they're wonderful and totally worth it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually when only one lens cannot be worn comfortably, it's not quite the right fit!. If both eyes reject, you may be one of those people who simply cannot wear contacts!. (You sensitive types!) It's also possible that *both* lenses are not properly fitted!.
Try getting lenses from an ophthalmologist (an MD with a specialty in eyes) rather than an optometrist or optician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
