Question: Those who have strabismus how do you feel about this!?
I was told that I am being ridiculous about wanting to fix this because this person has a mole under her eye and was teased for being skiiny I I have nothing to worry about!. They also tell me that I want this fixed just for sex and thats not ChristlikeWww@Answer-Health@Com

What does strabismus have to do with a mole!. These are two different issues!. strabismus can leave you blind, a mole is usually just cosmetice!. And it can often make you look exotic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I had a mole near my eye that was obstructing my vision, I would likely have it removed because I would not be able to stand it!. I can barely tolerate a spot on my eyeglasses!.
I have strabismus and had two surgeries for it as a child!. It is your choice whether to have the surgery or not!. Whoever is telling you that it is for sex and that is not Christlike is wrong and possibly crazy!. This person needs to be educated on the golden rule!.
I will warn you about a few things concerning the surgery!. The surgery may not completely fix the strabismus and follow up surgeries could be needed!. In my case it did not completely fix it after two surgeries!. I probably could have a third one, but do not want to!. I also have scar tissue on the muscles which could cause problems!.
I still have issues with my binocular vision and eye control!. If I am tired or fatigued, then I am not able to control my eyes as well and my left eye starts wandering again!. The vision is my left eye is much weaker than my right eye!. I usually wear a contact lens to correct it most of the time!.
Have you considered vision therapy!? I went to vision therapy for a while and it was very helpful and I feel it was more beneficial than the surgeries!. I suggest checking into it!.

Okay, well ultimately it comes down to whether YOU want it fixed or not!. Don't worry about what others say about it!. If you can live with it, then power to you!. If not, then talk to a doctor about fixing it!. Who cares what others think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
