What is the eye problem called when you see blurred images when looking at a tv?!

every time i look at my led lights at night, or when i watch tv, i see sort of double, ghost images!. this only happens in my left eye!. i remember my optometrist telling me about this eye condition before, when i didnt have it yet!. i really cant afford to go to the eye doctor right now, so if someone will please just give me some information about this, that would be great!. thanks!.
p!.s!. i get very very minor head aches sometimes from this on the left side of my head!. they only last for about one second though!. it actualy feels more like a strain than a headache!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
