does watching tv or working on computer is really harmful to eyes?!

This is a great question and there are several opinions on this, but for me, I think my eyesight suffered from that old computer screen. You know, there's reading distance; there's driving distance (for example); and then there's that aggravating "intermediate" distance---as in the distance from my eyes to my computer screen. I don't think working on a computer is harmful to the eyes, but it can potentially speed up a need for eye glasses to compensate for the strain and vision weakness. In life, as we get older, "blurriness" will be one of the first give-aways, so I don't think anything can be done to avoid the daily wear and tear on our eyes, compounded by age. Just get regular eye exams and wear prescription glasses, as needed.
