Question: How long can you wear disposable contacts per day?

I'm 15 and got contacts about 2 weeks ago. So far, I've worn them and they've been great/never hurt. I wear them about from 9 in the morning to 10 in the evening. Is this fine, or too long?
My eye doctor said I should give them a break one day each weak - is this true?

That sounds fine, as long as you have them off for a little while in the morning and evening. And yes, a day off each week would be great when you can - it will keep your eyes healthier and you will probably be able to wear contacts for many years to come.
