nope, this is a myth.
but talk to your eye doctor about risks, including vision impairment due to the tincture of the lens.
side note: i've always found hazel/ light brown eyes to be really unique when paired with fair hair color. i know it sounds strange, but i've got two friends with golden blonde hair and amber eyes, and they are truly two of the most beautiful people i've ever known. they don't fit "societal standards" of attractiveness, but their uniqueness, as i have heard many people comment on, is really alluring.
somehow, i can always tell if someone is wearing colored contacts. it just looks... off. the color is too pure, i guess. your natural look always complements your skintone best. :)

nothing should change your eye color. your not puting any chemicals that can possibly do that in your eye. youll be fin with colored contacts.. but why do you want blue eyes? if its not natural? most people will find that uh irritating?

contacts will not change your real eye color, but maybe when they are in they will make it the gross color you're talking about. I'd ask your optometrist or a friend what color you should get first.
