I have a eye and health question?!

Question: I have a eye and health question?
I don't understand. I feel like I'm eating healthy and I always drink lots of water all day. Sleep may be lacking a but but I get caught up and sleep quite a bit for a week but still, my eyes are ALWAYS yellow. It sucks! I use eye drops daily and the only medical condition I have that could MAYBE cause it is Gilberts syndrome. But I don't see how that would do it. My eyes use to be white and bright but not any more. In 19 just about 20 and I been living fairly stress free for a while now. (just a little lonely ;D but nothing too bad) does anyone know anything I can eat or old wives tales that may cure this yellowness? My skin is nice, my teeth are white.. I just want to get my eyes all fantastic now. Again.
Any help or SAFE honest suggestions would be welcome, please. Let the ideas flow.

Answers:

Gilbert's disease is an inherited one. It should have caused this yellow color from birth.
Acquired causes for yellow sclerae are many. Some are related to liver, while others are due to some kinds of hemolytic (red cell destruction) process in blood.
I think it is fair to yourself to check blood for hemoglobin and related blood counts, as well as liver tests.
I am presuming that the yellow color you are describing is actually "jaundice" or yellowness due to bilirubin. You will not get a perfect answer from Yahoo answers. A doctor needs to have a look.
