can you change the colour of your eyes when you go to have laser correction surg!
Question: Can you change the colour of your eyes when you go to have laser correction surgery?
Answers:
Sometimes when people have a very high astigmatism ( -2.50 or higher) they will be unable to correct it with a normal laser.
What they usually do is a lens implant, phakic lens or basically a cataract operation. They will usually do one at a time and is a very simple and effective procedure. It is done where your lens is which is behind the pupil and behind the iris, the coloured part of your eye. This means that will have no effect to the colour of your eye at all. There are a few surgeons around the world trialling dyes which can change the colour of the eye but none are approved yet.

No. The lens of the eye is clear. The color takes place in the cornea, which is in front of the lens.. If you have astigmatism, a new lens won't help you. Astigmatism is corneal, in 90% of case. Get a second opinion.
Nope, but I'll be glad to color your eyes with my newly sharpened crayons. :)
You'll go blind.
