Your prescription is not very strong but, because you have some astigmatism, the glasses will help you see better at all distances but, it looks like they will help more for near vision. Of course, you don't HAVE to wear them all the time if you don't want to, nothing dreadfull is going to happen if you prefer to just wear them part-time (won't make your vision worse or anything like that).
