it means that she's mainly presbyopic, that means she needs reading glasses.
She also has a mild astigmatism which affects her vision only slightly. In other words she really needs glasses when she looks at something small and very close to her.
Her distant vision is almost normal
It means she has no correction for near or far; a little astigmatism (her eye is shaped slightly more like a football than round so the "fine tuning" of her vision needs some help), and she needs bifocals to read (happens to people - usually around the age of 40 when the eyes no longer converge, or come together, as easily to read at near).
