Nothing would happen. It would just go through your system.
They aren't a dangerous or poisonous material....no problem.

Just one pair contact lens? if not much amount, it is not harm to your health, the materials of soft lens are hydrogel. But you can't use it anymore even you find it after digestion.
I would call poison control for that information
