Not that easy. You will probably need toric lenses to correct that astigmatism , so a fitting with trial lenses would have to be done to determine the final prescription.

You MAY be able to get by with regular lenses, but again trials would have to be done to determine the best powers to use , and then check your visual acuity with them on.

In corrections like you have, it is too complicated to just guess at. There are too many variables. A trial fitting HAS to be done.
