What do I do? my parents don't believe me and won't take me to the doctor

Sounds like it could be keratoconus. What happens with this, is the cornea starts to develop a conical shape, instead of the normal smooth round surface. When this happens, because the cornea is the window that focuses the light into your eyes, you can get anything from double vision to depth perception issues.
How old are you? It usually starts to develop around late teens-early twenties. If you're in this frame of age, I would insist your parents take you in. At least for a visual acuity checkup. It is not legal for an optometry office to charge for a visit if you are under 18 in most areas, and they can easily check for a conical cornea.
However, since you say that it's been around since you were younger - have you ever been checked for strabismus? My mother has strabismus, and because of this she has no depth perception.
Not bad depth perception, NO depth perception. Honestly, tell your parents that your eyes are bothering you, and that you need to see a doctor.
If they refuse, just think up a speech and tell them to get off of their lazy asses and pay $50 to ensure your eyes are healthy.
