Question: Vision gets blurry for a good min after standing up, eyes hurt 4 a sec, and lightheaded why?
my vision would go bad, feel light headed, and my eyes would start to hurt for a few seconds after the blurriness is gone, why? what do i have? what should i do? plz help :[ ty x3

don't worry about it, i get them all the time. it's just a bad head rush. its because when your lying down your heart doesn't need to create high blood pressure, and when you stand up because of low blood pressure the blood doesn't reach the head which is why you go light headed and your vision goes, but then your heart catches up and everything is normal :)

This would also happened to me. It's just the blood rushing out of your head really fast or something like that. Nothing to serious just try and sit up a little more slowly because i have fainted twice for like 3 seconds from doing this.
