Contact Lenses - which is MY left and right?!
Question: Contact Lenses - which is MY left and right?
I know which is left and right for each contact by the prescription.. but which eye do I put the L in? is it MY left? or a person facing me's left?
I know this sounds REAL stupid :( but my optometrist never told me, and I figured I'd look alot less stupid online than in person =P

Answers:
Even when someone is facing you...your right eye is still your right eye, even if we see your right eye to our left.
Your right arm , or right leg, or right eye doesn't switch places when someone looks at you.
the L goes in your left eye
