i am having eye problems?!

this has happened to me two times in 2 weeks and only after i get done playing hockey and when i get home. i start to see colors in my eyes kind of like when you look at the sun and it blocks part of your vision but you really cant look at it but you can tell part of your vision is missing. well the colors are there, they look like a disco ball in my eye then after about 30 mins of that getting increasingly worse it moves to my peripherals and i cant hardly see ****. then it goes away?plz help
