what happened to my contact lenses?!


Question: What happened to my contact lenses?
i bought contact lenses last year.in the beginning they worked perfectly and i did'nt face any problem using them.but now i dont know what happened to my contacts.as i put them in my eyes they start unbearable irritation.i change their solution 3,4 times a week and i got cleaned them from the shop from where i bought them but in vain..please suggest what to do..i cant buy another pair of contact lenses.

Soft lenses are not meant to be used for this long. I know you say can't buy another pair, but the fact is that this pair are too old to be used and possibly dangerous to your eyes. You don't say if they were yearly wear lenses, but I don't think they make soft which wear longer than a year. You need to go to the optician , get your eyes checked and think about new lenses. Its unfortunate , contacts are really good but they aren't cheap.

You're supposed to change each solution each time you take them out.

Maybe your eyes have some kind of infection. Stop wearing your contacts for a couple and see what happens.
